After obtaining a working scholarship in ICI Group (currently Akzo Nobel), Oscar began a successful managerial corporate and business career in Royal Dutch Shell Group. One of his most outstanding achievements has been the development and implentation of SOX in Latin America.
Besides Spanish, he is fluent in English, Portuguese and Italian, having been exposed to a wide range of positions, both at regional and global level, in Latin America and Europe.
During the first stages of his career, he also provided professional services for medium-size companies from his own accounting firm. Besides, he has an academic background after teaching at the Buenos Aires University for several years.
